Session Policies
Session Fee:
- A Non-refundable retainer and is required to hold your session. The retainer is 50% of the Session Fee and is due at the time of signing the booking agreement and the remaining is due the day before the scheduled session
Session:
- Your session includes what is outlined in the original booking.
- Additional people/horses will incur an extra fee of $50.00 (per person/horse)
Session Times:
- Sessions are currently held weekends and weekdays by appointment only and are subject to the availability of the photographer
Cancellations:
- If you are not well ( or a child that you must care for), please contact me ASAP to reschedule.
- If your horse is not 100%, please contact me ASAP to reschedule.
- If notification is less than 24 hours you MAY lose your session fee.
- Your session will need to be rescheduled within 60 days following.
Albums and Prints:
- All albums are custom designed. The album designed will not commence or be ordered until the full package price is received. The album will not be ordered until approval is given by the client.
- All Prints are finely edited to ensure they are perfect. The print will not be ordered until approval is given by the client.
Travel:
- A travel fee is applicable and will be advised at the time of booking.
Payment Options:
- Cash, Direct Deposit or Credit Card are accepted.
- For packages and products, Payment Plans are available on request.
Digital Negatives:
- Your files will be available in the online gallery for 12months from the date of your session.
- Every effort is made to archive the images for as long as possible.
- It is important to place your order in before the end of the 12months and take proper care of your images and backup any digital files received.
Pricing:
- You all receive the pricing in place at the time of your booking.
- This pricing is valid for 60 days beyond your session for any reorders.
- Pricing is subject to change at any time.
